Give Thanks Because 2020 is Almost Over!

Is it 2021 yet?

Congratulations, you’ve made it to Thanksgiving Day! If we’re being honest, most of us were not sure we’d make it to this point in 2020.

What a crazy year it’s been!

While 2020 has been a year we all would like to forget and NEVER to repeat, if we all look back at this year, there were good moments in all of our lives.

We all could look at the bad that has occurred in our personal lives and our country due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but I encourage you to take time on this day we have set aside as a nation and count your blessings.

Don’t let Thanksgiving Day 2020 just be another day you go through the usual routine of eating lunch, watching football, and then falling asleep on the couch.

Take time to give thanks. Take time to really count your blessings because if 2020 has taught us anything, it’s that all we have and love could be taken away from us at any time.

When this year started, the biggest story of the year was going to be the 2020 election. No one saw a global pandemic coming that would not only impact the election but change how we live our daily lives.

The only constant in life is change, and we have witnessed a lot of change this year. From Zoom teaching to the rise of contactless delivery, technology has thankfully allowed us to continue important aspects of our lives like working and eating fast food!

Happy Thanksgiving because 2020 is almost over!

Here’s to 2021!
